Accident Investigation Solutions specializes in the investigation of workplace related incidents, and investigator training programs. Our principal consultant Jeff Short served with distinction as a member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for twenty-two years. Postings included general police work and specialized duties including the Police Service Dog Section and acting as the Team Leader of a Major Crimes Unit.

Jeff has investigated and supervised the investigation of numerous serious and fatal accidents occurring on highways, farms, and workplaces and has led major homicide and sudden death investigations

His occupational health and safety experience began with Saskatchewan's largest industrial employer where he established their first health and safety program. He later joined the Workers' Compensation Board - Alberta and there too established their health and safety program.

Jeff routinely attends accident investigation training programs in order to improve his skills and to share this knowledge with clients. Some of his Occupational Health and Safety certifications and investigation related training include:
