A Due Diligence Approach to the Investigation Process
This session is aimed at those investigators likely to be called
upon to investigate a serious or fatal workplace accident. There’s
no mystery or secret method to these; it simply requires the use
of time proven basic investigation practices. This session will
beyond the usual root cause goal to capture evidence an organization
may need to prove they met their legal due diligence.
The session is highly interactive with significant team based
work. It begins by looking at the strengths and weaknesses of
your current investigation program and provides tools and techniques
to allow teams to improve their skills and knowledge.
