Web Based Training
Incident Investigation Basics training is now available to organizations
via the internet in a two hour session. Train up to six people
from your investigation team, work group or safety committee in
this introductory session on incident investigation. Your group
can be in multiple locations.
This training is based on our classroom session by the same
name that has been delivered to thousands in Canada and the USA
over the past ten years. Sessions are delivered live to your meeting
room via an interactive web hookup at a time convenient to you.
Participants are encouraged to ask questions via email or telephone
of the presenter during the program and after the session as well.
Training Certificate
A Certificate of Completion is available to those attending
the training session and completing the case study. The case study
is a one page scenario describing a routine workplace accident.
Participants will review the case study and answer a series of
questions about accident scene evidence, witnesses, causal factors
and corrective actions. Case studies are returned to participants
with feedback.
Cost
$695.00 per session. Copies of our 70 page investigation guide
for each participant will be mailed to you after the session.
